Privacy statement

This privacy statement explains which personal data I process when you visit this website or get in touch, why I do so and which rights you have.

Who is responsible?

The controller is Jonteaux Enterprise (trading as Inframatiq), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 89926803. Contact details are at the bottom of this page. For privacy questions, email info@inframatiq.nl.

Which data do I process?

• Contact form and email: your name, email address, (optionally) company name and the content of your message.
• Client relationship: if you become a client, the details needed for the assignment, quotes and invoices.
• Technical data: the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address in server logs, to keep the website secure and available.

Why, and on what legal basis?

• To answer your question and plan a call (basis: your request and my legitimate interest in replying).
• To carry out and invoice an assignment (basis: performance of a contract).
• To meet legal obligations, such as the tax retention requirement (basis: legal obligation).

How long do I keep data?

• Messages via the contact form or email that don’t lead to an assignment: up to 12 months.
• Accounting records and invoices: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.

Who do I share data with?

I never sell your data. I use the following processors, bound by agreements on security and confidentiality:

• Netlify for hosting the website and receiving contact form submissions. Netlify is a US company; transfers outside the EU are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
• An email provider for receiving and sending email.

Cookies and statistics

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or marketing tools. If you choose the dark or light theme, that choice is stored only in your own browser (local storage) and is never sent to me. Fonts are served from this website itself, without requests to third parties.

Security

The website runs over HTTPS with strict security headers. Access to received messages is protected with multi-factor authentication.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to or request restriction of its processing. Send your request to info@inframatiq.nl; I will reply within one month. If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

I may update this privacy statement. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
